Vabljeni kulinarični popotniki, ljubitelji dobre hrane, ljubitelji kulinaričnega ustvarjanja, raziskovalci tujih kultur, sladokusci in okuševalci vsega dobrega!
Kulinarične razglednice so kulinarične delavnice z gostjami iz različnih držav, ki jih v Marsovi izbi gosti Svetlana Prađeno.
V maju in juniju bomo v okviru projekta (Fl)etno pisali Kulinarične razglednice. Spet bomo ustvarjali v kuhinji, a tokrat se bomo počutili še posebej domače, saj nam bodo jedi predstavile in pomagale pripraviti gostje iz Portugalske, Francije, Španije, Grčije in Rusije. Pripravljali bomo njihove tradicionalne dobrote, spoznavali kulturo, delili zgodbe in se predvsem zabavali.
Grška kuhinja s Sofio
Babica je razkrila recepte za odlične "meze", Sofia pa bo nekaj teh skrivnosti delila z nami. Kroglice, omakice pa sladko z orehi. Mmm…

Culinary travellers and food lovers, lovers of culinary creativity, explorers of foreign cultures, gourmets and tasters of all delicious things, welcome!
Culinary postcards are culinary workshops with guests from different countries hosted by Svetlana Prađeno.
We will be sending Culinary postcards this May and June as a part of the project (Fl)etno. Get creative in the kitchen with us and the help of our special guest from Portugal, France, Spain, Greece and Russia. We will prepare their traditional delicacies, learn about the culture, share stories, and most of all have fun.
Greek cuisine with Sofia
Grandma has revealed excellent recipes for tasty "meze" and Sofia will share some of those secrets with us. Balls, sauces and something sweet with walnuts. Mmm ...

Your application is confirmed when you pay the entry fee (every work day from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at Zavod MARS in mansion Vetrinjski dvor).
